Americans Counting on the Internet -
Many now make Internet their main information source... 

Up to 84 percent of all Americans now expect the Internet's World Wide Web to provide them needed information on government, news, healthcare, and commerce, according to a new survey compiled by the Pew Internet and American Life Project.In the report, Counting on the Internet, both Internet users and non-users expressed high expectations of online information sources, with 75 percent of Internet users stating that the Internet succeeded in meeting their information needs. Many users even referred to the Internet as their first or primary source of information.For finding U.S. government information, 58 percent of Internet users said they would utilize online sources, compared to only 28 percent who said they would use the telephone.

 Many people have found the convenience of online shopping to be a great experience. You can easily click and see the product. You have a fun time shopping, browsing, reading and getting informed about products. And you don’t have to take time out from your busy schedule to fight traffic, crowds and lines to buy the perfect gift for your recipient. No wonder Internet business generated $301 billion in revenue last year, by a University of Texas estimate.
